Hotmail accounts?

Does anyone know what's going on with hotmail accounts? I've tried to sign in several times but it says I don't have an account...yet. I tried with 2 different accounts and none of them worked...

Same here. Most people I know with hotmail accounts are having the same issue.

Very frustrating
