Lately I have been clinging onto Guiness Stout since it goes down so buttery smooth. Before that I was a fan of the Czech Pilsner Urquell. The Guiness Stout has an amusing "widget rocket" inside - anybody knows what the heck that thing is really supposed to do?

Domestics mass-produced I like Samuel Adams a lot although an odd MGD served ice-cold is good armchair company. I also enjoy Anchor Steam for the more crafted style domestics. For imports, I like to try different beers everytime I go out. For starters, Crystal Diplomat Dark (Czecholovakia) and Corsendonk (Belgium) are my favorite imports and I always order them where available. I tend to go towards the heavier beers like trappist style ales, the ocassional stouts and on a warm evening a nice unfiltered hefeweizen style beer Hmmm...the cloudier the better.

guinness = less carbonation
less carbonation = less gas less gas = more room to drink less gas = no explosive shits in the morning (especially if you're at somebody else's place, if you know what i mean) |
