i5 M60 noice near the left rear tire

I have had my car since Nov 2024, and so far I heard this noise randomly 4 times. when I park and open my door I hear the sound of rubbing plastic or a fan edging. I couldn't pinpoint it to the specific mode or AC. it happened when I shutdown and opened the door.
I wonder if anyone heard experienced the same.

thanks

Do you usually park on a leveled surface when you hear that noise?

Could this be the self leveling rear suspension in action?

I heard mine inflate and deflate multiple times if I'm parked on a slope.

yes, I usually park in leveled garage floor. as I said it is random. today I pull the car outside the garage do clean up some junk and an hours later when I drive it back in to the garage (10 feet drive) once I shutdown and before open the door I heard it. never happen when I drive! it could be what you described the self leveling. my car equipped with Dynamic handling package and rare steering if that have anything to do with the it.

I believe the air supply for the air struts is on left side rear.
