Hey guys I know there's a thread on this already I was just wondering if anybody received the update over the air for the ESM fix I have not seen that we're already at the end of February this is ridiculous man I called my dealer to see if they would flash the new firmware trying to charge me $400 for some s*** that's broken in their vehicle because of an update. I'm still on 07/2024.40

Dealer shouldn't be charging you. Looking at my service invoice from my dealer when they did mine to 11/2024.50 it is a SIB 08 04 24 and at no charge. It is a known issue and should be covered at no customer expense. They need to do better for you..

If you had used ESIM before then your car VIN has technical recall campaign assigned by BMW.
I just had mine upgraded to 11/2024.65 by the dealer for free. Ask you dealer to check your VIN for open campaigns. |

My friend has the i4 and the update showed up in his mybmw app Thursday I'm still waiting my dealer told me they won't install it for free
