Finally delivered. Collected tonight. Tech Pack, Tech pack plus, comfort pack, Full pano roof, Need some daylight to get some better photos but it’s a great car. Really pleased. My G30 530d has been amazing, sad to see it go. On to the next one! Cant wait to drive it tomorrow!

Finally had time to get it washed. Ceramic coated by dealer (free with the deal) - two weeks in and the car is great. Smooth on a motorway but nippy when you need it. The tech plus package is surreal - so many bits added by that. Range on battery with heated seats, steering wheel, air con and lights is around 55-60 miles so far. Temperature around 3 degrees C as an average. Great car, anyone else got a 530e?

Yes, Brooklyn Grey. Adding m sport pro additional black trim was one of my better choices I think. Weirdly they made the little spoiler on the boot lid black too.

Beautiful car. Yeah, Its like that for the spoiler on my 540iX MSport Pro as well. I have seen it in other markets where it is available in body color as a standalone option. But not for the MSPort Pro.

I thought the 530e had the interaction bar 4UR? I knew the 520i and 520d and the 530i/iX did not. But I was pretty certain the 530e did. Must have been mistaken.

When I ordered my 530e the 4UR ambient lighting bar was included. By the time it was delivered BMW had downgraded it to the basic one. The sales assistant didn’t even notice and when it was pointed out just gave a Gallic shrug !

That really sucks. if it was on the order sheet acknowledged by BMW you might have grounds for a re-order or other compensation. But since you already took possession, I don't know what the laws in France are. I also don't know how important it is to you.

Either he didn't notice, or he did and hoped you would not.

The small print of the purchase contract allows BMW to change options.
As the 4UR option is listed as €0 cost they guess they would claim that they have modified a free option.
Not having experienced the full ambient lighting and coming from a f10 530d I am not that bothered about not having it.
