Question Text message formats

Am I correct that the BMW i5 Messages app still does not support MMS messaging? My '23 i4 didn't, and I had hoped that the system was updated by now.

Not sure what you mean exactly, but you can use iMessages when connected to Car Play.

Thanks. Basically, MMS is Multi-Media Messaging service, and is the format through which several parties can participate in a text message thread. So, if you send a text to few people, each can engage in the same conversation. BMW Messages didn't support MMS in its 23s, and apparently doesn't now. I also use a third party app, Android Auto, which supports MMS/SMS.
