May I also say, it's so nice to see a garage that is not packed with boxes and storage and junk, with cars kept in the driveway. I know folks who just use their 3-car garage as a storage space and fill it with boxes, and keep a narrow path from the garage door to the house door.

Thank you. My E46 normally be inside also but have to repair a very small oil pan leak had few years Now that garage floor done it’s a priority. On that model have to drop sub suspension or lift engine I been told to install new oil pan gasket. So I waited.

Tell me about it. We have a 3 car garage with 3 cars in the driveway. The 2 freezers and a refrigerator take up wall space. My composting worms don’t take any space and the rest is my husband’s junk. He also has a walk in closet full of junk. I hate it. I want to sell this house but decluttering is impossible when you live with a pack rat.
