My 2025 530i XDrive Canadian Order
Mid August build
53FJ - 530i xDrive Sedan No Charge Scheduled Maintenance 3yr/60k 3GA - 19inch Wheels, Double-Spoke, 935M, Midnig 416 - Carbon Black Metallic 43H - Open Pore Ash Grey-Blue Fine-Wood Trim C3Z - Tanzanite Blue Metallic 456 - Front Comfort Seats W/Lumbar Support KSFU - Smoke White, Perforated & Quilted Veganza ZYU - Advanced Driver Assistance Package ZGT - Premium Enhanced Package Dealer installed ADVANCED CAR EYE 3.0 Cameras front and rear Already bought a set of 19" BMW rims with snow tires Car is getting a clear protective wrap on the nose of the car, door cups, trunk lip and all 4 doorsills I tend to drive my cars 8-12 years and this is my first BMW since mid 90's. We were very happy with Lexus LS Sedans (owned 4) but the new 500 series is stupid small inside if you are tall and have bad knees/hips The comfort seats were the deal clincher Our car is arriving this week on the train and then we have to wait on this: Recall Campaign No. 2024-456: Intergrated Brake System (34 82 24RC) I tried on a lot of cars for fit and comfort and based on our car search experience as a whole, buying a new car is still remains without a doubt one of the worst experiences one can experience. The dealership we bought from was pretty good, but nothing could compare to Lexus or for that matter Tesla. Neither car gave my hip and leg the support it needs hence the BMW Purchase The most fun car I test drove was the Golf R. If not for the seat bolsters I would have bought one on the spot. The most comfortable vehicle I drove was the Ford Lightning but I couldn't see spending my retirement years parking that vehicle in in underground parking lots. I expect that I will buy the Extended BMW Warranty on Delivery, as I expect this will be my last car. |
