A few days ago I thought I'd get a free fill up on the way home. I went to an EA charger that I've used before, plugged in and nothing happened. I tried another charger at the same station and same result. I tried starting from the mybmw app, nothing. I rebooted idrive and it still didn't work.

The charger didn't recognize me plugging it into the car. Kept saying I needed to plug in. I went home and it charged just fine.

Anyone have this happen before?

Yes. Likely an EA problem not a BMW problem.
