Saw that! The ham at the top of the list is one of my favorites, threw out what we had in the fridge...

Same for my wife. I prefer the turkey and chicken, neither of which were in the list. Hope they recover from this and it doesn’t wreck the brand because they took responsible steps.

The initial recall was about 200,000 pounds. Yesterday they recalled an additional 7 million pounds. That's a lot of bologna!

But yes, they made a smart move. Better safe than sorry.

I like the turkey as well, don’t think I’ve seen the chicken… will ask next time I’m at the store.

My wife bought me the Boars Head Tavern ham on Sunday for this weeks lunch. I ate ham & cheese Monday and Tuesday until we found out today. She just took it back to the store. I guess we shall see if I get it.

Rotisserie, FireSmith, Blazing Buffalo and Lemon Pepper are all good. I haven’t tried the others.

Ahh… thought there was an all natural variety of chicken like there is for ham and turkey. I like the buffalo chicken!

The one off scenario where being cheap and getting the regular Publix meat pays off lol...

This is going to end up like the Perrier incident in the early 90's. BH is done for sure.

There was one product with Listeria and the rest of the recall was for everything else manufactured in the plant as a precaution, which was the responsible thing to do. They make quality products and other companies have survived similar or worse. We’ll see what happens and how they handle the next steps. I actually hope they recover as they do have great products and took the right steps when there was a problem.
