Phantom recall flag
When checking mygarage, I saw on the “my Account” tab that my i5 allegedly had an open recall - see below.
Checked with my local dealer who referred me to BMWNA who patched me through to the BMW i division….who told me there’s no open recall. Puzzling. Thought I’d share in case others were also mystified. |

I saw the same thing and figured it was a glitch. It’s been showing for months but no actual recall exists.
