No real surprises on this list. Definitely will need to go individual…

Not many interior colors to choose from. I kind of expected more exterior choices as well but they will do.

Why the interior quality of the 5 Series is falling that deep?

During the last several years, BMW surpassed Mercedes in terms of build quality, but the current 5 Series got very cheap materials, low quality vegan leather, and you can't get any color on the central consol other than black. Furthermore, other colors are limited to the seats and a small portion of the door. No aircraft back pocket, no rear climate control, no door bins lining (keys will rattle there), a very cheap looking rear armrest with those exposed cupholders, and hard cheap plastic on the doors lower part.

I'm really disappointed and thinking of ditching BMW all together. I can't justify paying over $90k for a base Corolla build and materials.

Hey, where are the interior colors? Those are a bit boring. Other ones will be individual? Like Tartufo?

My guess is that the list is either incomplete or there will be some that will be labeled as pre-approved individual like Ivory. Another take would be that they’ll limit the color choices to this list for the first MY and then add a few new colors for the next MY. The list does seem too anemic to be the only interior colors offered for the life of production.

Titanium Silver exterior? Maybe? Please?

Arguably BMW's most classic color.

Lack of tartufo doesn’t make much sense.

I wonder if these colors are only specific for the Chinese market and BMW may offer other colors for the American market.

I thought I understood the distinction between mix and performance tires but now confused again.

Mixed perhaps suggests a high performance all-season set of tires?
