I'm in the market for an i5 m60 in TX and wondering what people are seeing in terms of pricing. I will likely end up leasing so will add whatever BMW NA will have for incentives, but don't know what to expect dealer contributions to the discount should be.

4000 dollar military/vet discount. Leasing you qualify for inflation reduction act 7500 dollar tax break also. Check with state of Texas for additional rebates. You can get a tax rebate for 30% of cost to install a home charger up to 1000 dollars.

Consider contacting a broker, as they might be able to get you a much more favorable deal. There are several that peruse these forums. You could also try Leasehackr where there is a large community of brokers advertising their offers. The military discount is only $500 if you lease. The larger military discounts are not available if you lease/finance through BMW.

We work with dealers in Texas and elsewhere in the Southeast and can discount i5's pretty heavily before the rebates
