Average At the Port Time
Hello all, first time poster here. I have an i5 M60 on order that has been at the port since Jan. 15th. Car is headed to the East Coast USA (Baltimore), and I have a February allocation. I am curious from you expert trackers out there if there is any sort of rule of thumb or average we can expect as to how long the current wait time is (for Baltimore) before the vehicle is loaded on a transport ship. Or is it just anybody's guess? Thanks in advance.

Mine was there for just under a month. Seems like 2-4 weeks is the average right now.

I was at Port for awhile... 11/21 is when the tracker changed to At Port. It finally went to In Transit 1/9.

Thanks.
I wonder how much the February allocation influences the schedule, if at all. Have folks generally gotten their delivery during the allocation month it was promised? |

2 to 3 months was the time line given. Looks like 2 months and 10 days will be total time from order to dealership on Long Island NY

So, for me, the port time ended up being just about 21 days. Car is now on the Serenity Highway heading for Baltimore and due to arrive 2/16 (according to the BMW Genius folks).

I was fortunate. Car finished production and spent one day being shipped to the port in Bremerhaven. It got on a ship eight days later (the Morning Pilot) and is now on its way across the Atlantic due to port in NJ on February 15th. From there it should take about 7-10 days at the VPC and customs and then a day or two to get to the dealership in Long Island. Hoping to get delivery by the first few days of March.

Good luck! I had noticed that my build was finished (Jan 10) before yours, but you got a ship before me. Still hoping for a late February delivery, but we shall see.
