Add that to the list of BMW touring/wagon models that would never make it to the US.

When the Touring is going to be revealed? It’s been a while since we saw the sedan.

Not a big market for them in the US, we buy SUVs.

They didn’t sell when they sold them here before and doubt they’d sell now too.

Like the look of this one, much better than the sedan that suffers from that sloping trunk IMHO. But no opening in the panoramic roof (as expected).

This is a station wagon. Or, in BMW speak, Touring.
Yep, sorry it does have 4 doors.

Uh, didn't they already say the M5 Wagon was coming to the states? If so, I'm sure they will federalize other trim levels as well.

and heavy. look at that thing load up.

The thing with 5 touring most people in US dont grasp (as they dont have them) is they are similar if not longer than X5 suv. I had bought a 5 series touring few years ago. It was exciting till I saw it not fit well into my parking spot at my condo. It just was a little too long.

Tourings and station wagons are a typical German affair. Many people are waiting precisely for the G61.
They're not interested in the sedan at all.
