Has anyone received compensation from BMWNA or BMW dealerships (sales or service), if so what was the problem and the agreed compensation?

I haven’t but I would think pay would be somewhat regional/market specific.

Lots of folks have received monthly payment compensation from either BMWNA or BMWFS for payments that they made on a car that spent a long time in the shop or otherwise undrivable because of an issue that was covered under warranty.

You’ll get better answers if you are more specific with your question and what circumstances you are thinking of. But, there probably aren’t a lot of folks who are going to share super specific details with you.

And I also wonder if there are non-disclosure agreements involved in some cases.
