That video was super cool. I had a silly grin on my face while watching the clip. Thanks for posting.

i think it says something when the civilian/mainstream 335i bests the hot-rodded version of the A5. Audi's gonna really have to pull out some tricks if they want to compete with the M3 with their upcomming version of the RS 5.

well, they just have different badging. Everything is line up right, 328i - A5, 335i - S5, M3 - RS5. So they are definitely in the same category. albeit the audi is a lil more pricey.

Audi Rumors
A buddy of mine works for Audi. He says since the release of the N54, Audi is going back to the drawing board for Turbo development. He's also No. 1 on the waiting list for a 135i. If that isn't an endorsement, I don't know what is! All the more embarrassing is the fact the the new Audi 5 platform is the first to move to 50/50 weight distribution. All future Audi's will be striving for this new (ha!) balance. Wonder what took them so long? Things will change when Porsche takes over the company.

She also drove a Lamborghini a few seasons ago.
Seriously, the 335i looks incredibly well composed and fantastically well balanced. I am actually very surprised it was not quicker.

Kind if an odd place for this thread but regardless, I love Vicki. She's great. The smile on her face as she drives the 335 is priceless. That video makes you just wanna :roundel:.

I saw the S5 at the auto show...simply stunning. The 335 doesn't hold a candle to it in the looks department (especially the interior...nobody beats Audi interiors). That said, you are going to pay a serious premium for those good looks.

Sorry guys....I just don't get the fascination with Audi. Everyone I know that's owns one complains about the quality, and the price.

I love the new gen Audis with reduced front overhang. That was the main drawback of otherwise superb design in the past, and now that it's gone, both the A4 and the A5 look fantastic. |
