Actually they are there on mine. 2 USB-C ports. They’re kind of hidden though, under the console in the Cup Holder area.

Just A few more photos. Just Got it 20% Ceramic Tinted all around. 35% windshield. It REALLY makes the Pop in person. I’ve been getting non stop questions about it. Really has great presence on the road.

Thanks! They were just prepping the tint in that pic. This was before they applied it on the inside. I am looking to get PPF done as well soon though.

Great color. Thanks for sharing!

What are your impressions of the suspension behavior with all the added weight?

Thank You! Based on my little bit of time with it, The Suspension feels soft and comfortable on city roads, (potholes, bumps, etc), from my experience so far. But even though the car is heavy, it feels nimble during turns and quick response situations. The engineering team really deserves a raise. I don’t feel like I can lose control of the car. It’s almost like it knows what you want to do before you do it, then adjusts to the road conditions for the best possible comfort in my opinion. I need to test on the interstate a bit more but so far it has been impressive and every situation.

wow! nicest spec for the new 5-series for sure!!

i noticed your seats are much nicer than the ones in the 5-series delivery thread, but when I build my own they all show your seats and not the other (less sporty ones). What's the difference? I assume yours is the sport seats and the other is not, but curious why an i5 M60 wouldnt come with the sport seats...

Thank You! When I built mine, I initially wanted the Luxury Seating Package. But I couldn’t have these seats with that package selected, so I decided to forgo the LSP and cement the Alcantara option. I believe the M60’s come with the LSP Standard. While the e40 comes with the option to select the vegan leather/Alcantara combo or merino leather option.

And I must say, it exceeded my expectations and is quite comfortable. I’d have to try out the LSP to give my comparison thoughts, but I think I made the right choice for the style I wanted.

I really like that color, my favorite view is the side and rear from the pictures. BMW did a great job with the wheels on the 5. I’d much rather have these than the ones on the 7series. Congratulations and great specs.

Just curious, how is the Bowers and Wilkins audio system in the I5? Is it any where near the sound in the 7 series?

Not bad. Just feels like a Lack of design in so many angles. The plant leather is a non starter for me (just looks scratchy and cheap) but I like the “look” of the seats and those wheels are giving me ocd lol. So much going on.

Haven’t heard the 7 Series Sound System yet, but i can say the Bowers and Wilkins sounds good. Not GREAT. At first I was a bit underwhelmed by them. They were loud and had clean mids but it felt like the low end wasn’t thick enough. So I played around with the Tone settings and enabled Logic 7 Surround Sound, and THEN it started to sound really good. Loud, Wide, Clean, Bass was a bit punchier. It’s really good for the average person, but for an Audiophile, It can be better.

I imagine this is why everyone wants the Diamond Surround Sound option from the i7. I’ve heard nothing but great things about it. However I am also aware that the Speakers Power have a pretty significant impact on the Cars battery life. So we’ll see what BMW does in the next few years with this.
