I’ve liked this ride since the red one was being paraded around. This Frozen Blue looks exceptional as well.

Interior looks amazing. The gloss black on the exterior is going to look like absolute shit after a few thousand miles. Exterior design is also just “meh”.

I'm not a fan of frozen paints - they make me want to grab a microfiber cloth and start polishing them. I think the frozen paint with gloss black thingies looks weird.

And why does it have two hoods? 🤔

They’re using that gloss black cladding to hide the big ass battery underneath the car

The only reason that hood opens so you can add some fluids. Otherwise they wouldn’t even need to have that thing open

It’s not like it has front storage so it’s really only there for access and the cover is only to hide the electronics

It’s unfortunate they couldn’t package it better and give you a front trunk of sorts

I soooo want to like this G60, but I’m just not sure. 2 E39s over 5 years and a G30 540i for over 4 years….I just really like the platform. But there are certain details that bother me I hope seeing in person will put to rest. Always love medium and darker blues from BMW, even this one except not a fan of frozen paint. Really hope they offer the Silverstone merino leather in the luxury/multi contour seats sooner than later. Really love the multi contour nappa leather seats on my G30

Just really hate the piano keys for everything influence. They arent as tactile as physical keys and I get it I wound blackberry right now. But put like a nub, or braille point on the top thats fine. But this is one instance where you NEED your eyes on the road at all times...

It’s the red color used in all the press releases. Originally named Fire Red but renamed to Vegas Red for at least the NA market.

It's not on the BMW configurator yet. I'm quickly flashing back and forth from that video to the Burgundy interior that is available which would be very cool if it goes together visually. Not sure what else pairs with it (black is a non-starter for me here in the southwest desert!), but probably need to see a real-life sample to be sure it compliments and doesn't clash. As to my own F22 in Valencia, that's a keeper!
