XM Outage or Just Me?

I'm having problems receiving signal from XM since yesterday. Anyone having the same problem?

I just installed an XM Sportster inside the sunglasses holder and used the sharkfin as the antenna. It worked for 3 days then all of the sudden it stopped working. Now the receiver says "No Signal". I also plugged in the XM antenna just to try it out and it says the same thing. I'm on the east coast.

P.s. - even with all the warnings from this forum, I still managed to punch myself in the face while removing the shift knob. LOL. It came off way easier than I thought.

It's not difficult to get a bad satellite antenna, including the BMW factory one. In the last few years I have had 4 satellite antennas installed, in 2 separate cars. The first one was faulty in each case.
