Air conn connector size 2002 735

Does anyone know what size the air conditioning (low pressure) connector/refill point is? I assumed they were a universal size and just wasted £20 on a refill kit that doesn't fit.

It seems most of the refill kits are coy about specifying what size they are.

Hopefully someone will be able to answer but if not, have you tried calling your local BMW dealer and speaking to the parts department? They may be able to assist.
