Ok, I don't want to get into a debate about Bush because I am not a fan of his so there is no point in defending him. Let me put it this way... if this was 6 months from now and Obama had a shoe thrown at his head in the same situation would it still be hilarious? My point is simply that he is still the president of the US and that should be respected regardless of whether you love or hate him.
