I've been experimenting with making sweet cocktails, I played around with this one hope you like it.

A Pink Pussy: (Pussy I believe is an American term for a wimp )
(makes 2 glasses)

* Mix in a measuring cup, 2 tablespoons honey and 3 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh if possible) , stir till desolved

* Pour in 1 cup of Pink Grapefruit Juice, mix

* Pour in 1/2 cup of soda water

* Divide the mixture between 2 beer glasses and top up with your fav domestic or export beer, I've been using Heineken

My wife has gotten into sour beers - some of those are kind of pink. Probably a very different flavor profile than what you have here though.

I kinda like shandy's but this has a bit of a sour note

Sounds like a Radler... German name for the same thing i think... they're interesting... Been popping up in the stores more and more these last couple years.

I like playing with things, I was wondering on using sweet stuff with beer, like a shandy or similar, but not too sweet, oh well great minds
