Mercedes Suspending V8 Models in the US Market
"Supply chain" is the reason.
Has anyone heard of wide ranging model restrictions from Porsche or BMW? https://jalopnik.com/mercedes-benz-w...amg-1847484393 |

I can only hope BMW experience a shortage of grilles.

Kinda puts complaining about soft close doors supply chain issues into perspective. "...challenges in the supply chain that have an impact on the product portfolio offered in the US market." |

It's supply chain, from what I've read they fully intend to resume production once able to.
Who knows how many more years they'll even be allowed to. Clearly a lot of people really love these hand-crafted V8 Mercs. One embarrassed me the other day and sounded glorious doing it.
