So is anyone aware of how to properly turn OFF time shift? Interestingly, if you select "Jump Back" on any Sirius XM Channel that channel will subsequently ALWAYS jump back to the spot you were at when you return to it. You can jump forward to live broadcast on that channel, but when you go to another channel and return to that same channel it will keep jumping back. It seems it cannot be turned off once you do it once on a specific channel. The timeshift icon is also visible/on automatically.

In contrast to the manual, buttons on the right are only: Add to Favorites, Sort stations, Related, Jump Back, Jump Forward, Notify, Sound settings, and Remove Preset. (see photos)

This is on my 840i GC. And at the dealer we found this the same on a new 5-series. There is no option in the Options menu either.

There is an automatic timeshift selection on the favorites options, but this happens even when that is not turned on, and when nothing is selected as a favorite.

This has also happened through multiple software updates since last November.

Dealership thinks the functionality may not have ever worked properly. Any thoughts/ideas anyone?
