Amazing pictures, I bet that was LOADS of fun! Especially since you got to meet Tiff!

What model Porsche is this? It's gorgeous. And oh lawds does that Carrera GT look so sexy. Also, it's a shame that whenever I see NSXs in pictures on the net they are always modded badly. Such a shame.

Haha, yea. It was great talking to him. He's down to earth. Seem like he was there with his family. Not a lot of people know who he is. He liked that.

Any of you guys got a chance to see the race?

The M3 wasn't there. I don't think they'll race the M3 for the ALMS until next year. Yea I got a chance to talk to Tiff for a while. I waited for his interview to be over and his family to head out. They were roaming around the place while he was just sitting there by himself. Good to see Tiff's opinions about American muscle. He got a lot of respect for the 'Vette in particular.

That's the Porsche 935 Turbo I believe. That guy kept his car in such good shape.

wow that's awesome. he seems like much more of a car guy than clarkson (despite the fact that i think clarkson's the better presenter/show host).

i'll watch the ALMS series as soon as i hear the M3 is back in action.

Yea, you should. There's been news that the 'Vette will downgrade a class. Which mean it'll duke it out w/ the likes of Vipers, M3, 430s, and such.

I'm not that big of a fan of the series, but I think I'll get into it more once the M3 come back

Looks like it was one hell of an event, not to mention you got to meet Tiff Needell! I wish I could have made it

Thanks for the photos, but turn the contrast down a bit next time. It hurts my eyes haha

Yea, my bad. You're right 930 Slantnose. Pretty cool I think. Not everyday you see one of those rolling around (among all the other super cars)

Haha, yea it was pretty damn fun. 'Bout that contrast, I was working on these pics on my old comp. And the screen wasn't exactly accurate. haha. Once I checked it out on my other computer it was a bit different. But I'm too lazy to go back and change them. Oh well.

Cool thanks for the response nd54 and N54YO. How much do you guys reckon you could pick one of these 930 Slantnoses up for nowadays?

I was wondering the same thing a few months back, I thought it would be great to have the ultimate 80's douchebag car .
I vaguely remember contacting a dealer near Toronto and I believe they had one for sale for CAD$56k, but it didn't have a certificate showing it was a factory slantnose. They were pretty certain it was but without the certification it's hard to judge the true value. Lots of aftermarket conversions out there.
