Ok guys... Twitchy asked me to set this one up for him so here it is.

Voting for the contest will take from now until Wed Oct 29th, 2008. The poll will close at 1:30AM EST. Multiple votes are allowed and encouraged
( and yes once again you are allowed to vote for yourself )

If the poll closes and we have a tie there will then be a 24 hr lighting round of voting where voters will only be able to choose 1 of the pictures tied.

FYI - You all will notice that Speedtrap's picture was not included in the poll. After learning more about how the shot was created using a clamp/rig, 2 merged photos and airbrushing out the clamp/rig out of the final photo Twitchy (and I) decided that it was in violation of the rules.

Sorry Speedtrap... we all loved your pic but for the sake of keeping the contests fair and EVERYONE abiding by the rules we couldn't include it.

However, PLEASE submit a photo in the next contest following the end of this poll if you can/want to... You've got some great skills to showcase but just make sure you read and follow the posted rules.

Speedtrap's photo was in violation of the following rule:

-While post processing in Photoshop is allowed, adding or removing parts of the picture is not. In the event a photo is suspected to be "photochopped," the contestant will be asked to provide the original picture.

Nikki's is by far the best from an artistic standpoint. The others are "cool", but not necessarily as artistic.

Oh and can I suggest something for the next poll?

Make the votes public, because you never know if someone generates fake accounts to boost vote counts. Yes, that sounds pathetic, but you never know. Keep it clean.
