With still minimal wins and points scored in six (6) years of F1 competition (2015 to present) it should now be apparent to everyone that VER is incapable of adding value to the sport.

Horner would do worse than bite the bullet now and sign RUS.

Based on your criteria every driver that has been around for 6 years except Hamilton should be replaced. Bizarre comment as at worst he is still the best driver on the team.

Not only that, but, not considered Hamilton, both the media and general public usually rank him as most likely runner up (even though Bottas is currently 2nd, but has more finishes, and of course a mercedes car.....).
And he draws a huge crowd.
So after Hamilton he is the driver that probably generates the most for the sponsors. So he is an absolute added value to RBR
He puts RBR amd its's sponsors in the picture.

Every driver that has had a pole in this season, or a win, or a fastest lap has clearly had added value to the sport in this season. period.
