a long time.

Cruising up the 5 freeway today heading towards the 118 and see a dude in a grey Honda Civic Hybrid.
Yes the newer one with the space-ship like saucer pan wheels.

I'm up alongside of him and look over.
On the front 1/4 panel he has a chrome badge off of a Toyota that says, "Toyota"
I look the car over, yup a Honda Civic Hybrid.
On the back C-pillar he has another Toyota chrome emblem.
This one says, "SR5"

I sh1t you not!!

So I slow down to pull in behind him to see what else he has.

On the back he still has the stock Honda Civic badges along with the Hybrid badge.
But below the Civic badge he ripped off another emblem....this time from another Honda but it was from a newer Accord and it said "V6"

I started laughing.
So I pull up alongside the drivers side of the car to see what was up.

He had another "V6" emblem on the rear drivers side C-pillar and another "Toyota" emblem on the drivers side 1/4 panel.

I could NOT believe this guy.

I pull up alongside him, he's got tinted windows, but I look over at him, and point and laugh.
He was some Hispanic dude with his seats reclined back a bit like a ghetto driver.

I just pointed and laughed as I drove off.

He seemed a bit ticked by me doing that.

Usually, hybrid drivers are pretty conservative in modding the exterior of their car.

The pointing and laughing could get you killed... you might come across the wrong person, a very stupid and ignorant person and will pull out a gun and put a bullet in your head before you could even finish your point and laugh gesture. Next time just mind your buisness and keep it moving, for your own good.

Yup.
I feel like I just did a bit of a public service for others in hopes they'll learn something.

Of course, I was in my work minivan at the time, and could of still outrun him if need be.
And since I rarely point and laugh at anybody's "modding" choice (last time I did it was to a few people with Mexican Spinner wheels...you know the $29.99 plastic spinners from Pep Boys..and they have since gone the way of dinosaurs), I think he should feel special in that regard.

Why is it when someone points out the nationality of someone and a country they are from, if they are Hispanic or Black it's "racist" but it's perfectly normal and okay to do that with everybody else.

African American and Mexican is no different than Japanese, Canadian, German, etc. but "African Americans" and "Mexicans" seem to throw the "racist" label at anyone who points those facts out.
Hispanics and Blacks need a chill pill on the "race card" and labeling everybody ELSE racists because their over sensitive sensibilities these days.

Oh and my wife is Hispanic. I spend a lot of time around her family and Hispanics are the biggest racists of them all...even against other Hispanics.
And Blacks are nearly as racist themselves, I have a few black friends and they way they talk about other races would get them killed if they were white.
So open your eyes and get over any ignorant idea you have that racism is a "white" issue. If anything, "white" people have the least overall. This presidential election and the support for Obama among so many whites is support of that.
Funny how almost ALL of the black Repulicans though aren't supporting the guy with their same political and social beliefs but are supporting the guy with the same color skin they have. What do you call that?

Anyway, that's not the topic at hand here.
