F1 Driver Mental Health

I think it is something that is often completely overlooked, but its a serious aspect of the sport. Its as much mental as it is physical if not more so. You can see when a driver isnt in the right head space they are less consistent and less effective as a driver. Lewis has noted on many occasions his mental health coach or whatever the title is has changed his life.

Im glad the drivers are getting more open talking about it. Its nice to see that even superheroes are made of flesh and bone.

Great post and so well said.

Mental health plays such a part in our lives. It is so great to see a few F1 pilots talk about this.

If anybody would know something about this, it's Lewis. How the guy can keep up this level for as long as he has is absolutely incredible.

HAM has endured systemic racism and racial bias since a very young age....if we were aware of the hatred cast at his feet (today) we would be appalled and disgusted.

HAM continues to raise awareness and carry F1 into a new enlightenment and understanding of the ultimate importance of equality and respect for others that may not look like us....
