The victim? Sure, but no charges against the driver? WTF. This is most certainly wreckless driving at the least. If you allow someone to surf your hood while you drive you deserve a wreckless charge and probably should lose your license. Also, this is the kind of crap that causes everyones insurance premiums to go up as the victim will have mega bills for the ER and post accident care. Wow, Darwin candidate here..... |

Well this is what I was thinking. Both the driver and the hood surfer are weak minded idiots. Ironic? No. Just an understandable result caused by stupid behavior. It is just what you would expect. So natures (the cozmos, God, whatever) way of balanceing things.
