These ford trucks are amazing... looking forward to seeing this truck in person.
Our work has a couple of chase trucks with the 7.3 and boy, they are still running strong with 300k miles. |

Interior is definitely an upgrade... the LCD screens and removal of the million of buttons makes this more appealing. Hopefully the Infotainment interface got an upgrade...
Exterior... well let's just say there could have been more effort put into that. I can't tell any difference. |

Nice truck for sure, and these EcoBoost engines are impressive. They aren't the best with fuel economy but the torque is a game changer. TBH I don't really think you can go wrong with a new pickup nowadays from Ford, GM, or Ram.

I have been a Ford truck guy for over 30 years. I have owned three of them, plus an Expedition, and ran them to a combined mileage of 400k miles. Not currently a truck owner but pleased to see Ford at least does one or two vehicles well. If I were in the market for a truck it would be a Ford or a Toyota.

Heard an intersting segment on "Talking Cars" podcast. Apparently the new F150 has a folding gear shifter so one can fold it down to eat or work and then up again to drive. They described it as a better alternative to the push button shifter that Ford has used for other vehicles. The participants (this is a Consumers Reports podcast) suggested that Ford was listening to its F150 users who wanted a real gear shifter. Now if only the idiots who designed the bugs bunny/Edsel grills on the new 4 series and M3/M4 would only listen.......

Seems like a decent upgrade but Ram blew the doors of the competition and I feel no differently after seeing this new F-150. The Ford will retain its sales crown, but Ram is definitely the best truck being made.

Meh I dunno. I like everything about it except the interior... maybe.... have to see it in person. In the pics it looks flatter than current gen and it makes it kinda look like the GM truck interiors which I hate. I do like the larger screen and the digital gauges. I wish they would have done a bit more design wise. Although personally I would take current gen F150 over any of the new gen GM or RAM. The new RAM interior looked amazing in pics, but when I saw it in person still felt kinda cheap for some reason.

HOA’s are cancerous imo. I get it keeps the property values up but if i couldnt do it. Especially if they try to tell me what kind of vehicle to own. What’s next? Your car is getting a bit too old you must buy a new car and it has to be a new BMW, Audi or MB or you’ll be kicked out and have to find somewhere new to live. Like i said that is cancerous
