Is anyone excited for the new Bronco?
I know it’s a different piece of machinery than our beloved BMWs, but I can’t help getting excited for the new upcoming Ford Bronco.
https://www.foxnews.com/auto/2021-fo...nco-see-it.amp I love the way it looks in 2-door form. Expected to be offered in manual transmission too! Last edited by nearwater4me; 03-10-2020 at 06:38 PM.. |

Last Bronco I cared about was the one with OJ.

There was a joke that came out right when that shit hit the fan:
Q: What's the difference between O.J. Simpson and John Elway? A: O.J. Simpson drove a slow white Bronco. John Elway was a slow white Bronco. Cheers!

I'll have to see it in-the-flesh. Some of the spy photos and artist renderings make it look like an Edge with a 4" lift.

There are so many SUVs these days, Jeep, 4-runner, etc., that no, I don't see any compelling interest in another one...

I see potential. With the Wrangler limiting which engines can have a manual and some suspect welds, plus the new Defender going away from manuals and solid axles, this seems promising. A two door with removable roof and a manual would be appealing to me.

The 2020 concept they showed last year was a great concept. It captured the bronco feel, but this new leaked photo is just abysmal. Just like me, I assume they have lost a lot of fans with this.

I would take a restored 72-77 generation Bronco above the new one.
