iPhone lag?

Are any of you guys experiencing lag with your 3G iPhone? Sometimes it slows down so much that when I'm trying to text with it the letter appears like a second after i touch the screen. It gets really annoying after a while..

I think its a software issue with the 2.0 update because I've heard of non-3G iPhones that have this problem after being updated to 2.0. This is the reason why I have not yet updated to 2.0 sw.

It might be a software issue. I never had this problem on the old iPhone.

I didn't have a chance to upgrade to 2.0 because I lost my phone a few months back

Just got mine Saturday. It really lags when reception is poor, but does fine when reception is good. I don't think it's software.

I wanted the Iphone, but got a LG Dare instead. So far so good. Seems like I would have regretted getting an Iphone...

Just get rid of some applications if you have tons of them.
They bog and freeze and sometimes turn off your iphone.

yes, it is annoying. i restart the phone when it happens. i dont have a 3G phone, but using the new software

It slows down when it's doing something like downloading mail or other stuff. I hate it when it slows down and I'm playing Tap Tap Revenge.

when you are lagging, just exit back to home screen and enter the text message again.. the lag should go away... happens me to too.

Ya that seems to work. On another note.. do any of you guys have super money ball? Biggest waste of 10 bucks! cant even save the game so you can continue later.. and the controls are wayyyy toooo difficult.

The new firmware should fix this. Just connect the phone to itunes and update
