Eating live seafood that's moving (Dancing Shrimp, etc)
Check out this video. Is this considered animal cruelty by animal lovers?

It's difficult to watch as a human, but the reality is this is essentially what happens in the wild when one animal eats another. It's brutal.

I’m nuts in that if I eat meat I finish it completely and never throw it away, I figure if an animal gave up it’s life for me to eat I’m not throwing away leftovers.
Hate seeing people waste food particularly meat. |

Couldn't agree more. If I really truly can't finish what I have, I either save it for later or I clean it off and give it to my dogs.

I am not sure if eating meat is the most healthy thing. I use meat in my cooking mainly for the flavor for the vegetables but I usually end up throwing away most of the meat.

Great video, thanks. All looks awesome except for maybe the monkfish leftovers. Definitely want to try that monkfish liver. And Ortolan. Where can I find some Ortolan?

France. Probably more luck in smaller towns, but a good concierge in Paris could probably set you up.

I think most of the people in Asian countries(Japan/Korea) eat that way. It is way too fresh for me and I will never ever try to eat food while it's moving. Also, I am not a fan of sashimi it is way too fishy for me.

Although I will admit, the reason I eat mackerel is because it reminds me fondly of the deck of a fishing boat |
