Autotecknic customer service experience?
I ordered competition paddles a couple weeks ago. I got an email saying how they were still in production and they would be shipped in a few days. It's been 2 weeks and they still didn't ship.
I tried emailing customer service multiple times in the past week but I've never gotten a reply. Does anyone else have experience with this company? |

The one thing I ordered from them was on a 2 month backorder. I learned this after placing my order so I just cancelled. They might be having some supply chain issues.

I finally got a response from their customer service. They're still in production but they were nice enough to refund the shipping costs
