How do I become an F1 Driver?

I want to become an F1 driver for mercedes, Ferrari, etc. what do i have to achieve to order to go there? What are the requirements?

You'd need to invent a time machine, go back in time, and start training about 20 years ago. Most of these guys started karting, at like age 5.

Rich parents + karting at 3 year old (maybe earlier if you are smart) + relationships with manufacturers + time machine (assuming you are at least 16 yrs old now which is too late) + luck = meeting the minimums.

Apply online. If they think you'd be a good fit, they'll call you to schedule an interview. Next step from there would be an in-person evaluation where they fly you out to a track where you have to qualify.
