Post your favorite macro-focused meal!
What's up, fitness freaks! Recently, I've decided to change up my diet. I've been on a high protein, low fat regimen, & now want to go strict keto. I haven't seen a food thread, so I figured I'd see what everyone's favorite meal is while maintaining their macro objectives.

I actually just had a surprisingly delicious meal.
chicken with paprika, chili powder, lawrys seasoning, pepper, onion powder, and some Worcestershire sauce. I cooked the chicken for a bit, then threw in some veggies (squash, green beans, onions, carrots) and let them cook the rest of the way with the chicken. The seasoning from the chicken seasoned the vegetables just enough. I don't count macros though. Seems too tedious. Flexible dieting with a fitbit that tracks approximate calories burned each day is way better for me. |

Eat what you want, portion correctly (this is key) and stay active when possible.
I went from 220lb down to 170lbs, and gained back 5lbs of muscle in under 1 year, no supplements aside from vitamins ans minerals. Never went to the GYM, either ![]()
