Property owners: ever find anything strange in a house?

Just acquired a new rental property today, there is a shed that the old owners were never able to get open because there's a lock they didn't have the key for. Well we got the bolt cutters out today and went in there. There is a crappy Walmart bookcase standing dead in the center of it, not against the wall, right in the middle of the floor. It has the following items very neatly arranged:

A Guinness neon sign
A copy of Sergeant York (1941) in a Netflix sleeve
Six PBR bottle caps
A bent up California license plate from August 1994.

Nothing else in the whole shed. I'm not sure what to make of this. Will post pics soon. Anyone else ever find anything weird?

We found 4 cool mid 1950's empty Coca Cola bottles within the walls after demo'ing our home post-flood in Houston along with a cool Coca Cola thermostat sign - kinda neat

I have a friend whose dad found a civil war era revolver neatly done up inside a plaster wall in a house he was renovating.

Bathroom floor had to be replaced including subfloor joists. Found everything was perfectly level using round stones

Oh and a few empty tequila bottles

I found all the bmw neue klasse type numbers scribbled on a wall after I removed some tiles in a very old bathroom that hadnt been changed since the early 70's I think.

Like 1500, 1502, 1502, 1600, 1602, 1602 etc.
Like someone wanted to explain something to another person about the different types of bmw's during the construction of the house.

Apparently the kids of the previous family enjoyed wiping their boogers on the inside of the closet doors.

We had purchased an All-Clad pot/pan set shortly before moving. The one piece that we really wanted but refused to buy was a 4qt weeknight pan. The previous owners left one single item behind... an All-Clad 4qt weeknight pan with lid and all. It was a VERY weird coincidence.

Removed a wall in the current place and found a $20 gold piece attached to the floor. Contacted the people we bought from and he said his grandfather put it there as good luck to keep hurricanes and tornadoes away.

I asked the neighbor about it and he said 'hmm, so that's why we ain't never had one of those. Please put it back." I did just that.

The first place I bought was a condo with three bathrooms. I would use the one closest to one of the bedrooms I made into an office.

Almost every three times I would drop off the kids the thing would clog. It would drive me cRaZy!!!

One day I had enough and took the toilet off. I found 1.) one green Amy man 2.) one bic pen.

Those two bastids were crisscrossing my turds!

I found vintage (1950's and 60's) pornography behind a wooden crate that was nailed to the top of a bookshelf in my garage when I was drywalling it. The old couple we bought our house from were original owners from 1955 and never had kids. The house was a perfectly preserved time capsule and I think the garage was the old man's hangout.
