Posting here to get more visibility.

I have 5 codes to share for T-Mobile 20% off for entire bill. You have to be on another carrier to be able to switch and get this discount. If you are already a T-Mobile customer, you don't qualify for this. Sorry!

Please PM me if you need one and you are to use the code

Note: I have no affiliation with T-Mobile and I am not promoting their products but a friend of mine works in sales and thought of sharing the codes and save few bucks for the benefit of forum members

EDIT: The 5 codes I had are gone but I still have some codes left to share. Please PM if you need one. The Promo is ending March 31st

Anybody thinking about switching to T-mo from Verizon, just don't. I am one of those who made the switch to get unlimited data but due to their shitty service, I am using less data now than when I was on VZ.

Only if VZ unlimited was as cheap as Tmo, then life would be good again!

how does this work if I'm currently paying off my iphone 7+ via AT&T. Will T-Mobile eat the balance? I'm paying $4 a month because I had the $650 credit from my iphone 6 trade in that they credit me. It's spread out in 30 billing cycles though.

I'm actually switching from at&t to T-mobile this weekend. I'll take one if this is still available.

Our whole family just switched from AT&T to Tmobile a few weeks ago. I definitely noticed worse reception and data download (certain spots even in a major city).

I believe T-Mobile will pay for the credit if you are switching but you can verify with them

I am on Long Island and have ATT and was planning on switching to TM but I am real hesitant. ATT sucks but I am not sure if TM is any better.

Sprint is the worst if you ask me. T-Mobile are getting better in coverage.

Verizon is still probably the best in coverage but you pay a lot more.

Dont do it, I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and its terrible. Worst service I have experienced. Not even worth it for the money ( I saved 50-60$) a month. I'm just too lazy to switch back to AT&T but if you haven't made the move already, I would recommend against it. Terrible service.

Had them before I came over to at&t maybe 6 years ago and didnt have service issues out here. Parents have them along with friends and I've yet to hear about service/reception issues. I cannot stand at&t...they are trying to shove their tv/streaming services down my throat by forcing me off the promotion I have on my plan. They also magically add money to my bill every other month and I have to call to get it fixed.

I'll be risking it with Tmobile, thanks for the heads up though!

I have had T-Mobile for the last 3 years and I have never had any problems with it. Heck, I never had a service reception issue. Always connected. Always using it. Those people who complain probably live way outside the city in suburb area's where even any wireless carrier will suffer from reception.

You can always try it (why not if it is 20% of entire bill - $80 for 2 lines unlimited data. That's a steal) and switch back if you have problems.

Got your PM, thanks. I think I am gonna go tonight. I have been with ATT for like 12 years. It feels so weird to change.

T-Mobile is terrible. Switched a bunch of execs at my last company from AT&T due to T-Mobile's international rates and they couldn't understand how they got better service outside the U.S. LMFAO! If you have VZW or ATT, don't do it. You get what you pay for.

I have T-Mobile and live in the city. I can see cell towers from my apt window and can't make or receive calls from inside my apt. Data is SOOOO slow. Beyond aggravating.

Not in my experience. I have Sprint for my personal service, AT&T for work, and Verizon for my mobile hot spot for both work and personal. AT&T for as much as they charge and in the DC Metro area just blows. I can be driving down I270 with full bars and still lose calls. I thought about considering what AT&T had to offer and glad I got to experience how mediocre their service is for the amount they charge for free through my work cell.

Even though Sprint may not be perfect, I'm not paying through the nose for it for subpar service.

And on the topic of T-Mobile, my employer also issues phones to employees under T-Mobile depending on where they live. I constantly hear these employees complain about how terrible T-Mobile service is...even worse than AT&T.

Adding money to the bill is definitely a thing I don't miss. I guess the issue is with Los Angeles, but thats good if it works for our area. Much better deals with T-Mobile.

Well I switched to T-Mobile last night used the code that OP Honda gave me for the 20% off. Hopefully the service is at least equal to that of AT&T. I am paying less than half with insurance and a new iphone 7 for my wife. Plus they have wifi calling which is a nice feature. So we shall see.......

Yeet. I'm using Project Fi right now but I'll be in Turkey all summer, which T Mobile and Project Fi work in but T Mobile does unlimited data. 20% off couldn't hurt.
