He lost control of his car and rearended a Truck. The Boss of 1300 Employee died immediately.

Any newspaper adding the Horsepower figure into the title makes me wanna puke.
You can get killed in a 50 Horsepower Fiat as well.

That is a tragedy, unfortunately the newspaper site you included had no informations what exactly caused the accident other than it was 431 BHP BMW M3.

In the background there is a truck lying on its side isnt it? Hitting a Lory and making it fall over to the side must mean it was a huge impact apparently.

Maybe because it's much easier to get in trouble, sideways in a torquey 406 lb/ft car than a 50hp Fiat.

I think the truck lying on its side probably has to do with the driver maybe swerving to avoid the M4.
I seen cars hit 40 ton trucks usually the car is totalled and the truck needs a new rear bumper.

Probably not sliding and rear ending a driving truck leaving a wreckage like that.
That is not a low speed accident.
It pushed the truck/van off the road too (you can see it on its side in the back of the picture; the article says it hit the rear of the truck). You wont be able to do that with a 50hp fiat I think.

No, because the most rest of the world are using no special pronounced letters, into Germany the correct spelling of this job is "B Ä C K E R".
Into english its spelled "B A K E R".
The meaning is still the same but you shouldnt assume that the european press would take consideration of the fact that other ppl would maybe stumble about this

WoW! Yeah... I often frequent his family's bakeries: Der Beck. R.I.P.

The A3 can be dangerous bc of their is a lot of trucks coming from the Eastern Europe. Looks like the accident happened at the Nurnberg Airport exit on the A3. I suspect the trucker pulled out to pass another truck(we call that Elephant racing) and the trucker realized his mistake(at the last second) and that was that. Just a guess though.
