Any sales / customer tracking apps out there ?
Starting a new gig coming the new year.
Looking for apps or programs to record/ track customers and create a customer base. Ive googled and there are lots of choices... I wanting to collect and record customer info and their interests, and have the ability to make notes for future follow up conversation. Any recommendations ? Thanks !! |

There are so many options depending on size. Check any popular CRM. SalesForce, Oracle, and SAP are popular and huge. There use to be a free one called Tiger or something but there were a lot of vulnerabilities. Not sure if it's up to date.
Good luck.

Few years ago I lived in my contact database, and at that time my poison of choice was ACT! software. Tracked contacts, their relations, business & sales pipeline & history data, calendars, trending data and excellent reporting.
Have no idea what their software is like these days, but it was awesome sauce back then. Had it tied into my caller ID so I knew you and all about you before I answered the phone. Seven states, hundreds of contacts and it let me sound like every one of em was my best friend...
