Regular Apple, cord doesn't impact squatting and they're cheap AF, audio is decent enough for 30-45 mins at a time.

Looking into some wireless Beats or something in the future if I get tired of these.

i've had a hard time finding good in-ear buds that stay in place, aren't prone to breaking in some way, have good sound quality, and won't break the bank. please advise if anyone has any suggestions.

another vote for Jaybird...a little pricey, but really good wireless headphones and they fit my ear really well.

I just picked up the Jaybird X2 from Amazon for $98.75 and they are great! I don't see that as expensive for what you get.

I just got these, and they work pretty well for being completely wireless. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I'm a big tech guy, and these are pretty impressive compared to the competition. A lot of new ones are coming out that are $200+: http://www.droid-life.com/2016/06/13...life-binatone/.

PowerBeats 2 Wireless. I'm military and see these the most. I've put mine through the ringer literally around the world. Couldn't be happier. 1 year old and still going strong. I work out 5-6 times a week and use them. Only complaint is that when I run I hold my phone in my right hand and the receiver is on the left side. I, on rare occasion, will get a quick interuption. When hitting the weights never an issue.

Beats Wireless also. I use it with my Apple Watch, so I don't carry my phone with me when working out. I have good amount of playlists downloaded directly on the Apple Watch. Complete freedom and no phone or text interruptions.

Stock apple headphones.

Beats and all those other expensive head sets aren't built for intense work outs. If you're not sweating much, sure they're work- but otherwise, seems like a waste to me. I went through two pairs before finally giving up and just went back to my apple headset.

Wireless headphones are terrible for HITT as they'll fly off too. My jump rope whacked it off my head numerous times

I use cheap ear buds that i buy at the gas station. Always forgetting my nice jbl ones.

I do also keep a pair of Bluetooth jbl ear buds in my bag for deadlift day.

I like the Sony MDR J10 Headphones. They are very comfortable and don't fall out during my workout. Sound is decent considering the speakers are pointed forward vs. typical earbuds. Also available in many colors.
