The sad part is snopes had to tell people it was not real and it was not magic either but an illusion, just goes to show how stupid people are.

Oh it did not take more then a few second to figure out what he did, one little person under the skirt and a women who was missing her legs, gee that one was hard to figure out.

I thought this at first as well... however, if you look at the feet after the separation, they appear to be full sized, and not that of a dwarf or midget.

Something to note: With 1:26 left in the video, note how far away her skirt is from the ground. With 1:02 left in the video, the picture is zoomed onto a bystander, with both the woman and Criss leaving the picture. Now note at 1:00 left in the video how close her skirt is to the ground. Seems to have gotten bigger, didn't it?

Thats the only thing throwing me off, why is the lower half look normal sized?

I'm in the same boat as I haven't quite figured it out either. It's also interesting to note that if the top half was just a woman who had no legs, or something similar, then it would be VERY difficult, if not impossible, to have pulled off such smooth and realistic movement as she was "walking" to the bench.
