Alternatively, they can contact one of the ticket clinic attorney offices. They specialize in this. |

i've gotten tons of speeding tickets.
i check off the ticket that i'm innocent and i wish to fight this ticket in court. - When i get to court, i've used ideas such as: my car is equipped with GPS monitoring system with shows my top speed/average speed/distance traveled etc. when i got home my top speed was (whatever speed limit - 3mph). The magistrate usually looks baffled and lets me go without asking for solid evidence. Seriously, they receive hundreds of speed violators a day that they don't give a fuck about letting a few violators walk off. - Another option (Here in CT) They can offer me to pay the ticket price to a charity, which puts no points on my license.

He can either do traffic school and pay the fines, or request a few extensions and try to get a court date around a major holiday. If he didn't stand out in any way, he may get lucky and the officer will be a no show. If he stood out and isn't lucky, it'll be extra pay for the officer and your friend may be able to reduce his fine depending on the commissioner or judge. |

Why will a police man say you're doing 85mph if you're doing 90? That's pointless, you're over the speed limit so you've violated the law.
Although sometimes it'll matter how much over you go but that's when you're going excessively fast ( 110mph+) That 5mph doesn't do shit in court

My last ticket was 103. Would have been 6 month suspension, not sure how many points and a $1,200. I used some traffic lawyers and they got it down to 1 point, $280 fine and no suspension.

Maybe a difference between 20 over and 25 over? Not sure.- just guessing. We have 65 and 70 in different places in FL.
