how long do non-apple users have to look at that iOS update message at the top of the forum?

i'm familiar with forum software and i'm pretty sure you can make it so the user can dismiss it and never see it again.

Why only non-apple users? Apple users see them too, and could also benefit from hiding them.

It's been bothering me since the moment it's been up there. To a point where I scroll down enough to where I don't have to see it.

In fact, I'm getting pretty angry just thinking about it sitting up there, laughing..., mocking me. One day, white banner..., one day.
