Wooooooooooooooooot! LSU is #1.

The only team with 2 BCS wins, with 2 losses, and rank #2 coming into the BCS game made it out #1. I loved watching tigers whoop some butts. Ohio defense is no match for LSU offense on paper and in reality. Good run in the first quater by Ohio but they need to figure out how to channel their emotion. The same thing happen in Ohio first possesion against Florida and it went down hill from there on out. LSU is very strong when everyone is healthy. SEC rules and SEC has the most bowl wins as well. USC and WV can cry all they want about being better but you got to make it to the dance first.

OSU and their conference are weak to the power of 10!

Once LSU calmed down it got ugly for OSU.
The game right NOW would be LSU/USC. That would be awesome to watch.

Give the Big Ten a bit of credit for the job Michigan did.

Too bad MICH was not healthy throughout the season...

What's up dawg, we champ! I am just lol over some of the readings on espn. How this is the last time anyone will invite OSU to the BCS or OSU now stands for the Overmatched State University.

I agreed, it would be a much more entertaining game for all around college football fans if it was USC/LSU!

Great game!

What I heard after the game was awesome. Florida won 3 championships in all 3 sports last year. Ohio State has LOST all 3.

Oh yea, tell the Ohio coach to lose the sweater vest.

Here is something else I find hilarious, with 1:43 left in the 4th the Ohio offense acts like they still have a chance and score that last touchdown against the LSU second string defensive players while all the LSU starters are on the side line celebrating the victory. Then the onside kick, was that even necessary, please.

I was happen to be in Louisiana during Xmas and the Academy store there already have shirts with LSU as 2007 BCS Champs on sale before the game even played

I think that is bad taste and who ever did that should be made ridicule in public had LSU loss...

College football needs a playoff system........BCS is a joke!

How do you make it to the BCS championship game?

Lose early(OSU) in the season.....not at the end....e.g. Missouri/Kansas....

We know, we hear this every year, you just upset that your usc did not get embarrassed by an SEC team this year. It is what it is for now. Lets the madness begin I see USC is #1 for next season. How about we need a new bowl selection method for the Rose bowl hah (That would be a first step in changes in CF).

I agreed with you that gators will be a contender next year but I would not look past Georgia and the fact that this is SEC and you know there is always a fight to the finish in the SEC.
