When I listen to a podcast through Android Auto, or if I'm listening to a SiruisXM station, I can pause it by pressing down on the volume roller in the center console. Is there any other way to pause what I'm listening to? I know I can use a voice command, or tap the pause button on the screen, but I would have thought there would be something on the wheel to do this, or some way to do it in the head up display. Something easier than reaching to the center console and always having to press that volume roller.

I have only found the volume roller. I can skip tracks on the steering wheel, but there is no volume there. My Jaguar had it on the steering wheel and I still try to press there. I’m guessing it’s because of gesture controls. I can lower the volume quickly with the finger spin, but no instant pause.

There is volume in the steering wheel. Just not pause/mute, but then neither have any of my previous cars.

For pause/mute I have the 2 finger gesture set

Yeah, I press the button to pause like my last car but it brings up my SiriusXM channels in the HUD. I love this feature, though. Easier than using the iDrive wheel.

I have the same experience. It’s way better in the HUD. I do wish I could get My Favorites on the HUD.

It's called "time shift" according to the manual. Press and hold any Sirius XM channel and choose "automatic timeshift."
