Hello friends, I wanted to take this time to introduce myself as I've enjoyed reading all of your posts here to help make my purchase. I received my production number today and the countdown begins. Previously, I owned a 2022 Genesis G80 Prestige but it ended up a lemon. Below is what I just ordered and am very excited to take delivery in the coming months.

Was able to take delivery this weekend and this is the coolest car I’ve ever owned. Drove it right off the lot in Chicago and all the way home to Kansas City. Hands free driving about 75% of the time made the drive an absolute dream come true.

A few issues I’m working on.

1. I suppose there’s no maneuver recording? I want to setup precise parking in my garage. Can’t figure this out.

2. Similar to maneuver recording, I’m unsure how to use remote parking.

3. The automatic time setting changes my timezone and doesn’t set the time correctly.

I’ll continue to search/troubleshoot as the days go on.

#1 and 2 require parking assistant professional. Did you buy that option?
#3 is a very common issue and happens to me too.

First and foremost - CONGRATS on the new ride and welcome ! Nice build.

#3 - same here. I am actually at a loss on how to setup time in this car. Now, after Sunday's DST the EST Time Zone default to pre DST time and auto-time feature is completely bananas.

It's beyond annoying that a luxury product fails on basics like that. Basics that worked flawlessly in idrive 7.

I will play more with it. Nevertheless I hate to spend my time on BS like that.

I welcome suggestions (idrive bounce didn't help).

It is a good build, but changed to red calipers if you like. I just got a CB X5 with Red Calipers, and it looks awesome.

Agree with you 100 percent. I took delivery last week too and it is the coolest car I’ve owned.

1. I’ve not tried that. I will on Saturday.

2. Same as 1.
I will test both at work. Plenty of empty parking lots. The campus is gated, so no traffic and plenty of turns and hills.

3. We are all there with you! There’s another thread for that, but wow that’s a bug.

Congratulations! You're not alone - I'm a first time BMW customer too. I ordered back in January and am hoping to take delivery this weekend or next week sometime. I suspect we will be very happy with our cars. Out of all the models my wife and I test drove, this one was by far our favorite.

All 3 are known issues.

Park assist pro is missing for many of us to buy through the connected drive store. Bmw is working on a fix.

Many people have the auto time zone problem, also known issue.

Setting automatic time changes my zone to Brazil. Maybe the car knows where I would rather be.
