2025 i5 xDrive40

Took delivery of my 2025 i5 x40 last week. I'm a long time 5er. My last was a 2021 530e and decided to go full electric. I haven't posted here in a while and realized there aren't many (if any) posts about 2025's on the road. I think this is the first 2025 model released in the US. I went with the x40 because I wanted to get as close as possible to a normal looking and driving 5 with AWD. I haven't noticed any visual difference from 2024 5's.

This isn't really a build thread but I've tinted the windows and removed all badges except for the i5. Looking into deleting the front reflectors. I'll post pics when done.

It took several days to get used to it but I'm impressed. I haven't really pushed the performance but it drives really well. So far, charging at home on 110v overnight has been enough. I average 27 miles per day.

Congrats! I'm waiting for mine to be delivered to dealer. It's been sitting at the Bremerhaven port the past couple of days so I don't expect delivery till early June.

On a related note, have you tried charging at Electrify America to confirm if the free charging is now 2 years/3000 kWh versus the previous 2 years/30min free package?

The dealer said 2 yr / 30min but I haven't messed with it to confirm.

Got my IND painted reflectors today which is my usual mod. I didn't have to remove a single screw with the G60
